Also I had asked for a replacement water pump to be fitted, however on his inspection he found a water leak which was causing the pump to malfunction, so that was a cost saved which I certainly appreciated. “Thanks Brad and Julie for a great job well done. Service carried out thoroughly, with pointers to other things that may need attention before setting off on a long trip (e.g. wheel alignment). The front boot of our van was literally hanging off before Brad re-attached it at a very reasonable rate. He takes pride in his workmanship, never cuts corners and even finds time for a chat with customers ( a personal touch lacking in big workshops).
